We highly recommend her! Esp if you are a first time buyer. As new buyers, we really appreciated her knowledge, history in the area, and calm demeanor. She will educate as much as you wish and no question is too small or elementary. I *never* felt stupid or rushed when speaking with Linda.

She is highly responsive by all modes of communication and in this insane buying market (2021) her work ethic, strategy and efficiency makes a difference. She is sensitive to the needs of new parents, too, and made touring with a newborn under covid conditions as easy as possible.

Also because of her history in the area she has a solid network of inspectors, stagers, and other professionals with some connections going back at least a decade. We were happy with all of the folks she referred us to. 

Lastly, I like Linda's perspective. She reminded us that at the end of a day filled with numbers and pro/con lists it's really all about people.
